linux系统显示中文的需要安装的RPM包

问题：linux系统上想要支持中文显示，包括vi内容中文能显示，文件名支持中文显示，系统提示信息中文显示，对linux上字符集的问题不甚了然，我在redhat上安装的时候选择了Chinese support最后还是不能显示中文，所有中文显示均为乱码，包括vi中的中文乱码，文件名包含中文的也乱码，到底是什么问题呢？

你再搜搜comps文件中，是否还有其它的中文支持相关的组没有安装，比如中文字体相关的我看fedora 20中Simplified Chinese Support组包含如下rpm包。
